SUCCESS STORY: VIDEO WALL SUPERETTE

As a company with a long tradition in the field of convenience and self-service stores in Cd. Juárez, Chihuahua, SUPERETTE  has managed to establish itself as a leader in its field. Always seeking technological innovation, the company requested the services of HIVISION LED to implement digital signage solutions in its branches.

 

From the beginning, se  made clear the objectives of the installation: to facilitate the periodic publication of offers in stores, cause a “wow factor” and improve the shopping experience of its customers. Also important was the ability to fully automate the entire system, lowering or eliminating operating and maintenance costs.

 

To meet the objectives, a system of content players with synchronization on the screens was selected, to which the content is published biweekly a the different branches, with scheduling complete and programming of automatic switching on and off of the screens, all this completely automated, without requiring the intervention of operators in the store for its operation.

 

Several configurations (layouts) were proposed to accommodate the screens in order to cause the desired visual impact, but at the same time without sacrificing the functionality of publishing offers and promotions clearly.

Content is produced in 4K resolution, with a mix of video and digital animation on screens. The effect that is produced is dramatic due to the angle of inclination of the screens. This requires a special treatment of the video  material in its design and editing, for each version of the promotions.

 

The success of the first installation was reflected in additional stores where the videowalls were installed, thus creating a consistent image across the various SUPERETTE branches.
