With specifications of the highest standards of reliability and safety, Gasolineras Petrol (a Grupo De La Vega company) appointed HIVISION LED as the supplier of an ambitious project for a totem pole at the Petrol Service Station.

 

The totem integrates a 10 mm pitch LED screen for exterior front access, with a system designed by HIVISION LED for displaying fuel rates and promotions  for the adjoining store Superette simultaneously.

 

Signal wiring is dual redundant, with explosion proof grade tubing. Two media players working together and complement each other integrate the system and display the content. A crucial part of the project consisted of the development of custom software by HIVISION LED to integrate the existing fuel price rate update system used by Gasolineras Petrol used in all its service stations to update fuel pricing in the LED board. In addition, the advertising should also be disassociated from the rates section to be managed independently (through the HVL CMS content management software platform), updating ads every 15 days without affecting the fuel rates section.

 

The entire system also has screen captures available to the customer for instant verification and detection of any anomaly in fuel rates.
